Chicago Bound

91 Days until the Chicago Marathon. I have taken the last 7 days off to rest my bones in preparation for the task ahead. The next 13 weeks are going to be pretty rough but I am ready for the challenge. Its time to start eating better, drinking more water, going to sleep a little bit earlier, and removing any other stress that will get in the way of my goal. Let the games begin.
